Leadership Development for Women in Energy
LAN completed the six- month long soft skills development training for women in energy sector for USAID’s Urja Nepal Project . The main aim of this project was to prepare women to lead successful careers inthe energy sector and ultimately advance the development of the power sector in Nepal. The participants gained valuable knowledge and skills with attitudinal changes leading to enhanced responsibility at work, better career orientation, negotiating higher pay, and ability to mentor their colleagues.
