Empowering NGOs and Reducing Inequality – ENRI

Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN) is implementing a project, funded by the Ford Foundation, that aims to develop capacity of NGOs supporting marginalised communities.

This project aims to provide demand-driven capacity development support to NGOs that are providing services to the most disadvantaged communities among the Dalits and the Indigenous groups. It is the aspiration of the proposed program that stronger NGOs and their ecosystem will help to enhance their overall resourcefulness, credibility and funds mobilization in the long run. Such an outcome would also help to strengthen and consolidate philanthropic activities for greater effectiveness and impact.
