Advanced Management Development Program 2024
Leadership is a vital quality of managers which will lead the organization to next level or to the best level. Specially, leaders from the banking sector need to develop critical thinking and reasoning skills to promote leadership practices and commitment behaviors in the work environment. In addition, they must foster innovation, implement changes and apply relevant leadership practices by promoting positive behaviors in varying situations that effectively summarize and understand the diverse role of leaders.
The Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) includes interactive classroom sessions, group discussions, presentations and study visits to public or private organizations in Thailand. The program contents are designed as learning sessions plus user-oriented practice sessions facilitated by key resource personnel. Necessary text books/lecture notes to enhance learning will be provided. Participants are expected to participate actively in discussion sessions with group discussion and presentation sessions.
Course Objective
The program is aimed at providing the essential leadership knowledge & skills, ways of strengthening self & others and the ability to develop independent, critical thinking, and reasoning skills to identify and improve personal leadership competencies.

• Opening, ice breaking and photo shoot
• Effective Leadership Styles in a VUCA Environment; Leading Teams for Effective Performance;
Functions and Dynamics of Effective Leadership; Reflecting Your Purpose as a Leader
• Strategies for Driving Change; Mastering Complexity and Plurality; Practicing Excellence and Focusing on Results; Promoting Corporate Values and Ethics for Sustainable Business
• Drivers and Challenges in Talent Management Strategy; Work-life Balance; Addressing Workplace Conflicts and Dealing with Difficult People
• Presentation session by participants and certificate award; Relevant Industrial visit.
The Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) will be held during the week of
March or April, 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. The week-long program will include case studies and reading materials that will be provided prior to the start of the session.
